Assessment

This service offering is designed for organizations that have already been practicing rules and are 1) unsure of how they measure to industry best practices or 2) feel that they can benefit even more from business rules. BRS can provide an assessment and recommendations based on experiences of similar practices in other organizations. This assessment will address efficiency, effectiveness and appropriateness of:

• Current processes for rule specification, rule analysis, rule design and rule execution;

• Architectures for rule implementation;

• Business rule toolsets; and

• Roles, responsibilities and skillsets.

The recommendations will highlight opportunities for improvement and industry best practices.
