A pretty good meeting and governance rule …

Guest Post – Mark H Linehan ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I thought you might be interested in this picture of rules posted on the outside of the Landhaus (legislative building) in Graz, Austria, where I recently presented an academic paper on the Date-Time Vocabulary. The plaque was posted in posted in 1588 by Archduke Charles of Austria. Among other rules:

You must not draw your sword or your dagger in the building.

The sign itself is called “der Rumortafel”, apparently because it prohibits “Rumors and striking”.
